All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed.

Since many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be crafted and shipped.

While we make every effort to ship within this timeframe, slight delays may occur due to the artisanal nature of our products or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.

All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email for your convenience.

Shipping Costs

All listed product prices are inclusive of shipping charges and applicable taxes.
You will not be charged any additional fees at checkout for standard delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Standard deliveries usually take 3–7 business days once dispatched.

PUZZLESBYARMAAN is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Unboxing Requirement

To ensure transparency and smooth resolution of any issues, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening their package.
This video is mandatory for any claims related to transit damage.

Fragile Product Disclaimer & Compensation Policy (Frame + Mirror Variant)

All Frame + Mirror products are extremely delicate and made to order, and are packed with multiple layers of protective packaging. However, due to the fragile nature of mirrors, rare damage may occur during courier transit, which is beyond our control.

As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items.

In the unlikely event that your mirror arrives broken despite proper packaging, and with a valid unboxing video as proof, we will offer a flat compensation of ₹2,500 on big mirrors and 350rs on small mirrors. This amount is intended to help cover:
