Sometimes payments take a few minutes to process — refresh your inbox, or check your bank/UPI app for a debit.

“You’ve got great taste — and hey, switching things up is part of the creative journey 😌 Since all our pieces are made-to-order (we’re basically furniture couturiers), we don’t do returns or direct swaps.

Now, if you received the item damaged (our bad — yikes!), we’ll take care of everything. Just send us clear photos and videos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll handle the cost + issue your store credit, no stress, no shipping drama.

❓ What if my "Frame + Mirror" product arrives broken?

All Frame + Mirror products are extremely delicate and made to order, and are packed with multiple layers of protective packaging. However, due to the fragile nature of mirrors, rare damage may occur during courier transit, which is beyond our control.

As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items.

That said, your happiness matters to us. 💛

In the unlikely event that your mirror arrives broken despite proper packaging, and with a valid unboxing video as proof, we will offer a flat compensation of ₹3,000. This amount is intended to help cover:

  • The cost of the mirror
  • Local fixing or replacement charges (if any)

This compensation will be provided in place of any return or exchange.

“How long do I have to return something?”

You’ve got an eye for style — and we love that for you 💖. Since every piece is made-to-order (think couture, but for your home), we don’t do returns.

“Totally your call! Our mirrors are versatile stunners 😍 — mount them on the wall or lean them floor-style. Either way, they’re a statement.”

What’s the difference between ‘frame only’ and ‘frame with mirror’?

“Outside Delhi NCR? We recommend choosing frame only — it’s way lighter on your wallet 💸 and safer in transit.

Once it arrives, just take the ”FARMA” (included with the packaging) to your local mirror shop and they’ll give an exact mirror size to you — You just have to install it, like adding a photo to a photo frame... Easy, breezy, wall-ready! (you can ask the mirror shop to pop it in for you or you can do it yourself too 💞

Can I get the mirror included if I’m not in Delhi NCR?

We can send you the full mirror setup, but it’ll cost more due to fragile shipping and extra packaging. If you're outside Delhi NCR, we strongly recommend going for frame only — your wallet will thank you, and your local mirror shop will do the rest! 💅”
