1. Refund & Return Policy

At PUZZLESBYARMAAN, each product is carefully handcrafted, and we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. Since our products are handmade and mostly made-to-order, we have a strict no return and no exchange policy.

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we will issue you store credit of the same value.

  • Customers can then place a new order using this credit.

  • Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

How to Report Damages

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Customers are required to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This serves as proof of how the product was received.

  • Photos and videos of the damage and packaging must also be shared with us.

  • Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims.

Non-Eligibility

  • No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for:

    • Customer’s change of mind or personal preference.

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect after delivery.

    • Custom/personalized orders once confirmed.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
