At PUZZLESBYARMAAN, each product is carefully handcrafted, and we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. Since our products are handmade and mostly made-to-order, we have a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we will issue you store credit of the same value.

Customers can then place a new order using this credit.

Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
How to Report Damages

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Customers are required to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This serves as proof of how the product was received.

Photos and videos of the damage and packaging must also be shared with us.

Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims.
Non-Eligibility

No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for:

Customer’s change of mind or personal preference.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect after delivery.

Custom/personalized orders once confirmed.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
